With TSM 6.1 admin center, it's a single 500+MB download that is self-extracting. Run the INSTALL.EXE and you only have 1 option to pick from. There is no longer a separate install for the ISC and then the AC. It's all one single (massive) package. I do usually reboot after installing it, although it doesn't call for it.

You will run into issues if you don't perform the reboot. Good luck. It supports TSM 5.5 and I believe TSM 5.4 servers. It's a lot snappier than previous versions, I think better organized and more wizard-based. Plus it's a single package and install for everything. I do believe it's a rather large download though. ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/adm incenter/v6r1/6.1.0.0/ and pick your flavor of OS. Here's a link to the TSM 6.1 Information Center http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/tsminfo/v6/index.jsp Look under Installing and then Installing the server on ... section for the AC installation instructions. If you're sure it's correct, and it still won't install, I'd suggest a manual de-install of the ISC, followed by a reboot and reinstall of the ISC & AC. -Lloyd On Tue, 16 Jun 2009 16:33:43 -0700 Mario Behring <mariobehr...@yahoo.com> wrote: > Hi list, > > I have TSM Server 5.5 running on a Windows 2003 Server box.
