weekly full backup? are you really thinking TSM Enterprise Edition? Or are you thinking of your random favorite competing backup product? Look at the advanced schedules, you can do a lot of things, probably even specify a duration of 3 weeks, if this is really what you want. But IMNSHO, people talking about full backups (of normal filesystems!) don't know what they are talking about ;-)
