Hi, I am trying to configure an scheduled image backup of 2 hard disk on a
windows server. But it always fail. When I check the error log I read the
following:

04/11/2009 17:02:54 ANS1287E Volume could not be locked.

The weird thing is that I can perform successfully an image backup of the same
units without problems manually with the GUI. This error only appears with the
scheduled backup.

My dsm.opt looks like this (I excluded the node information part of the
dsm.opt in this post for security reasons):

DIRMC MC_AAA

DOMAIN.IMAGE    R:
DOMAIN.IMAGE    Y:

INCLUDE.IMAGE "R:" MC_AAA IMAGETYPE=SNAPSHOT SNAPSHOTCACHESIZE=50
SNAPSHOTCACHELOCATION=V:\
INCLUDE.IMAGE "Y:" MC_AAA IMAGETYPE=SNAPSHOT SNAPSHOTCACHESIZE=60
SNAPSHOTCACHELOCATION=W:\

ENABLELANFREE   YES
LANFREECommmethod       TCPIP
LANFREETCPPORT          1500

QUIET

Units V and W are totally empty and their only purpose is to serve as snapshot
cache.

And there are no application nor user trying to access to those units during
the backup.

PD: Sorry for my english grammar. my native language is not english
