Could anyone please tell me how to create an ISC ID that has the Users and Groups link on the task tree. I used to be able to add an ISC user the iscadmin group in TSM 5.5, but this group has gone. I added a new ID to the TSM_AdminCenter, reportAdministrator, and reportViewer groups, but the Users and Groups link does not show up on the task bar.
