When you get Windows error codes like that one, perform a Google search like "windows error 1392". The error number can be found in WinError.h, which is ERROR_FILE_CORRUPT, "The file or directory is corrupted and non-readable". Check your Windows Event Log for other applications encountering problems in the file system. Maybe time for chkdsk or scandisk or the like.
