These are fix levels that are given only to one (or a small handful of) customers who need an urgent fix for an APAR, and cannot wait for an interim fix or fix pack. The packages receive no regression testing, and thus are not considered ready for general availability to the public. Hence they are of "limited availability", or "LA".
The 5.5.2.0 client is currently targeted for the end of March, but right now it might very well be some time in early April. Note that this is only our current target, not a firm commitment, and thus is subject to change at IBM's discretion.
