I don't have the exact reference of the labels we used, but we were in a similar situation. I've recently upgraded this generator to allow people to input a positive or negative offset on the X and Y axis, to workaround the fact that not all printers are created equal : special marks are now included in the bottom left with their expected size printed, so you just have to print one sheet (not necessarily real labels, a normal blank sheet is OK provided it's in the Letter format, the format used by all supported templates), then measure between the left (or bottom) of the page and the mark, and adjust the offsets accordingly in the web form. hth Jerome Alet
