Hi
Has anyone had any issues with TSM Manager causing locks in the TSM
Database from the Collector service.
The collector runs on Windows Server 2003.
TSM 5.3.5.2 on AIX 5.3 LPAR
I have logged an PMR with IBM and they found from my actlog extracts
that there are multiple selects and queries happening when a DB backup
is trying to take place causing an error as below:

I would not have thought that selects and queries would cause TSM DB to
think there were locks placed on it.
Any ideas?
