Thanks I had not seen that yet Problem is that most of the users do not have permission to change their IE settings. We do have a proxy server but the IP address range of the clients are excluded. I did try with the proxy settings removed and received the same error on my workstation. I will try from a couple of other workstations though just to make sure. Phil
