TSM Server 5.2.7.1 TSM Client 5.4.1.0 Windows 2003 Standard SP2 32bit
Have a bit of a mystery here. I have this one server that the TSM client freezes up on every time I run an incremental on it. Doesn't matter if it is scheduled, manual, gui, command line - the thing just stops responding before it send a single byte of data. Below are some snips from various client logs (nothing interesting in the tsm actlog). Here's the odd part - if I run a selective backup, it works fine, although the network throughput seems low (<3000 KB/s over a gig nic). Same for image backup. I have the ip addresses for both tsm server and client hardcoded in the opt file, thinking there might be a dns issue, but that didn't affect it. I searched the error messages on IBM, but didn't run across anything that seemed to fit. Any ideas appreciated, I've been beating my head against this wall for a week.
