IIRC, if they're all on the same logical network (10.x.y.z) then TCP will use the lowest-numbered address to start sessions.
To get what you want, you need to have all the nics on the same physical network (wire, that is) and put aliases for different logical networks on each nic -- and matching networks on the gigabit nic in the TSM server. It can be done, but its fugly and could cause other problems.
