<SIGH> As I SAID ALREADY... I simply misunderstood the post and was just trying to help AND I didn't mean to send it to the whole list.

It is very nice of you that you are playing Bond, James Bond and trying to protect the Community from evil offers. I'm member of this list around 5 years and this is a first time that we are selling ONE autoloader that WE removed from our data center. If you want I can show you invoice from Ingram Micro (our distributor) from apr/04 when we purchased this autoloader. And last information; we paid for this autoloader more than $10000 and I'm willing to sell it for less than $3000. What a deal for us. And for Canadians, enjoy a long weekend; Joe Crnjanski Infinity Network Solutions Inc. (I didn't notice that the reply-to was set to the list.) Second, I was just trying to help. His posting did not appear to be a user selling his own stuff. It appeared to be a gray-market reseller. (The wording of the post as well as his URL suggested that.) Third, my signature simply states my title and my credentials. It's no different than other signatures that explain what size environment you're admining, or where you're doing it. I can't say "I admin a 200 TB TSM environment," but I can say I wrote a few books, which usually causes people to give SOME credence to what I write. I'm just trying to get more connected to and participate in the TSM community. I'm sorry if my attempts to do so somehow ruffle your feathers. --- W. And, yet, we haven't run you off yet. Not that anyone has died and made me list czar, but the LISTSERV lists I've been on for more than a decade, including ADSM-L, have a long history of users offering up surplus equipment to list members as a win-win situation. Joe's not trying to make a profit selling LTO2 autoloaders; he's just trying to make a friendly offer. If that's too commercial for you, to find some pure ivory tower to play in, and let us used to our culture enjoy it. Says me, anyway.
