Intresting. As long as this is my test-tst server box, I really don't
care that much.

As for the problem, indeed, I never had DSM_DIR set, but setting it to
the proper dir solves the problem. I guess tsmjbbd could do with a 'if
unset, set it to $something default for the platform' but at least now
the tsmjbbd starts. Thanks Richard for the hint.
