Hello, You can use query node f=d. I'm rebooting my AIX and Linux boxes only when I'm upgrading OS and some other most important parts of OS. But if you want to upgrade clients you need to check are Schedules, CAD and Web client demons are started and to check will they be started afrer reboot.
P.S If you want you can use also SQL Select statement: select node_name, platform_name, client_os_level, client_version, client_release, client_level, client_sublevel from nodes Avy Wong <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent by: "ADSM: Dist Stor Manager" <ADSM-L@VM.MARIST.EDU> 19.01.2007 21:19 Please respond to "ADSM: Dist Stor Manager" <ADSM-L@VM.MARIST.EDU> To ADSM-L@VM.MARIST.EDU cc Subject TSM Client Hello, Is there is way to find out what version of the TSM client on all the nodes registered on TSM, windows OS, Linux and AIX OS without going into each server box to look for the install? I understand with Windows OS you can install the newer version on top of the old version without the reboot, how about the Linux and AIX boxes? Do you need to uninstall the previous version before install the latest version? Thanks.
