We have ISC 6.0.1 running on a Windows 2003 server. We have been trying to install the standalone TSM Operational Reporting package on the same server. I have a report named "Daily" configured, and it runs very well using TSMREPT from the command line. The service is configured to run the "Daily" report every morning for each of three TSM servers; for example, the "Daily" report for server ADSMA is activated, scheduled to run at 06:30, "Hours covered" = 24, "Repeat every" = 1, "Web Versions" = 35; the report service for ADSMA is configured to use my account and password (as used successfully from the command line).
No scheduled reports run. There is no sign that OR ever contacts the TSM servers. I have checked administrator accounts and passwords over and over. The nearest thing to an error message I can find is in c:\Program Files\Tivoli\Tsm\Console\TraceReportSvc.txt - example follows. Something is "8/8 Full". Anyone know what that means? Any ideas gratefully received. - Margaret 12/25/2006 06:13:33 # 2064 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 2656 # > 7/8 Full 12/25/2006 06:13:33 # 2064 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 2675 # > Worker thread 0 has been running for 3 days, 23 hours, 33 minutes, 26 seconds 12/25/2006 06:13:33 # 2064 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 2675 # > Worker thread 1 has been running for 2 days, 23 hours, 28 minutes, 04 seconds 12/25/2006 06:13:33 # 2064 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 2675 # > Worker thread 2 has been running for 2 days, 23 hours, 43 minutes, 04 seconds 12/25/2006 06:13:33 # 2064 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 2675 # > Worker thread 3 has been running for 3 days, 23 hours, 28 minutes, 26 seconds 12/25/2006 06:30:25 # 1752 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 1504 # ******** EVENT - Operation starting 12/25/2006 06:30:25 # 1752 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 1731 # INFO - TIMER - Set timer for: SDDPC,ADSMA,Daily to start in 1440 mins, repeating every 0 mins. 12/25/2006 06:30:25 # 1752 # tsmreptsvc.cpp # 1558 # Timer went off.
