Would it work to have two schedulers on the client, or other mechanism to generate a second backup under another nodename?
It means double the time to backup though, but you will have two backups that are almost identical for the one client. I'm assuming you have a single drive in an autoloader? you may have to look at collocation or a second stgpool to ensure the second data copy is written to different tapes. Matt. -- Matthew Warren.
