Mark, Return code = 1108 from Data Protection for Domino means that it could not find any Domino databases.
Please review the error log from the actual run or the redirected output of the command to find any additional information that might have been logged. By default, the error log is "domdsm.log" however, the "K:\TSM\DOMINO\DOMSEL.CMD" may have redirected the error log to a different name. Check those two things.
