Question for the population: When we were working on using the storage agent, we installed the IBM Automated Tape Library 5.4.8.0. driver on the windows servers.
Since then, we've not gone the route of lan-free and we uninstalled the service. BUT.....it still shows up as a service on the windows servers. I'm thinking maybe we need to delete a registry entry? Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks!!
