You can find out the level of microcode for drives from the web app or the LED panel. From the LED, look for the drive VPD. I'm not sure, but I've only seen the library code level from the web side. Also of note, you can perform a code upgrade yourself through the web app. Our IBM CE's claimed to not even be aware of that. :)
