Not gonna happen anymore unless you specifically ask for (and, I suspect, pay for) physical media. We're all supposed to download IBM code, TSM or otherwise, from the IBM Passport site. If you're an IBM customer and are paying for maintenance, you should have an IBM ID and access to the Passport site for the code you're entitled to.
