Bob - You've looked into the client dsmerror.log; but whereas the
scheduled
event is not occurring, the server Activity Log also needs
review: it
will likely reveal the problem. Could be waiting for media that is not
readily available. The key may be the hour timeout, which from your
server
options would reveal which area is involved.
If need be, refer to the TSM Problem Determination Guide for guidance on
pursuing scheduler problems; and make use of the SCHEDULER trace
class if
necessary...though the problem will likely be apparent in looking at
other
areas.
