I'm assuming this is a copypool tape as it is
"mountablenotinlib"?
If so does a q vol show the tape as empty?
If the tape shows empty, then update the vol to readwrite and it
will automagically disappear.
If the tape shows full/filling, you should do a "delete vol
discardd=yes" and then change it to readwrite.
