Hi Debbie! The first thing I would do is upgrade both the server and the client to more recent levels. Especially the server is rather old. There are several performance fixes since 5.1.1. The most current 5.1 level is 5.1.10. Kindest regards, Eric van Loon KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
