You would then want to contact TSM Support, to work with them to uncover the problem with your instance of the client software, They will probably want a trace, and a copy of the core file.
But...before pursuing that course, you should apply maintenance. It's a bad idea to stay on the base level of a given version-release of any software, when remedial maintenance is readily available and proven.
