I am running TSM 5.2.2 on my AS/400 , iSeries, i5 running V5R3M0 of OS/400. TSM 5.2.2 on OS/400 runs under PASE.
I was looking at a ptf cover letter at: http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/a18db68aae4a7d81862566ba005d145c/db16dca5543548d986256fb200582e7e?OpenDocument&Highlight=2,mf34459 I noticed that when I do a WRKLNK '/QOpenSys/usr/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/stgvol.*' and use option 8 to display the attributes of the storage volumes I see Disk storage option . . . . . . . . . : *NORMAL Main storage option . . . . . . . . . : *MINIMIZE Now, some of the early ones say *MINIMIZE. Other ones say *NORMAL. What should they ideally be set to, to work the best with TSM?
