Hi all, I use TSM Exten Edition ver 5.2 on Win2K. I set cache Snapshot on volume D and backup volume C.Howerver, I always receive error message : ANS1377E: Unable to perform operation using a point-in-time copy of the filesystem on 'volname'. The backup/archive operation will continue without snapshot support.
Pls help me to fix this problem, Nghiatd,
