This worked just fine. I had done something similar on a small box (a C10?) on ADSM 2.1. We weren't sure if it would be any different dealing with LUNs in a SAN with a 200 Gb DB than it was with unplugging adapters on the portable disc cabinet with a DB of 100Mb. After draining the storage pools, an all night affair, it took about a half hour; switch LUNs, make appropriate Network name change, add new paths to Library Manager, and back in business.

I think the thing that previous posters were commenting on (saying that the db would become corrupted), that wasn't made clear in the original question, is that you want to make sure you shut down the primary TSM server prior to breaking the mirror. As long as you do that, I don't see why it shouldhn't work....
