I'd try running the scheduler in "classic" mode first (rather than dsmcad), see if you get a better idea of what the problem is.

I did look around for the _T-00002.TMP file, and it wasn't anywhere on the sys: volume. So it appears that the b/a client is looking for a file that doesn't exist.
