I had the same errors last week, so I deleted the volumes and redefined them from scratch. Anyone encountered the same errors and if yes, what was the cause and solution ?
When presented with a unique error code, pursue that... 1167 is "The device is not connected." You seem to have some flakey hardware there. Run some analysis software on it. Might be something as simple as a loose cable.
