James, I have had to start taking my 'onsite' tapes out of my library. This causes some of the same issues. I must keep an eye on what tapes Are needed for reconciliation of the offsite copypool tapes, replace some of the older 'unaccessed' tapes (using q media for this) with tapes needed for the reconciliation.

Compare that value with the Reclamation Threshold for your pool.
