Rather than going out and reinventing the wheel, I just know someone out
there has already written this script.

I need a batch script that will run on a w2k/w2k3 box (without
installing any interprator or anything) that will go into a given
directory and update every file, preferably by adding a date/time stamp
line at the end of every file. If it could prepopulate a directory with
a given number of dummy files, that would be fantastic.

I need to use this for validation testing.

Thanks in advance.
