Zoltan, No... there were things added. (See README for details.) In addition, if you backed up with newer version, and tried restoring with an older version (like 2.2.1), there could be problems with meta data alignment, which might result in weird stripe values. Bottom line, make sure you are running with 5.2.1 on the restore machine and let us know what happens.
