I think Domino has to be running to even launch the TDP. But, it's been a
while since I've done this.

I mean't the TDP for Domino archive of the transaction logs using the
command :
"domdsmc archivelog"
Archive is the norm.

Why would you want to archive logs? Why not just back them up?
