TSM Licensing Question

I have a quick question on TSM Server Licensing.  Going from 5.1 to 5.2, is that 
chargeable (license payment required)?  
 
I know 3.x to 4.x was chargeable, and 4.x to 5.x was, but is 5.x to 5.x+1 or 5.x+2 
chargeable?
