I am getting ready to move about 1 TB of data from one SAN environment to another SAN. When I copy the data from the old SAN to the new SAN, the creation date is set to the current date, which forces a new full backup of all the data. Does anyone know of a way to copy the data, and force the O/S to keep the original creation date? I am running WIN2000 on the client and the server. The TSM client is at 5.5.1.6, and the TSM server is at 5.5.2.01.
