If no one has changed the options files, then suspect the DNS service which provides lookup service to that TSM server system. Make sure no one has changed the /etc/resolv.conf on that system. Use the 'host' and/or 'dig' commands to check things out. If no cause can be found, try putting the full hostname into the options file - including the domain. If still nothing, try putting the IPaddress rather than host network name into the options file.
