I'm not trying to be rude, but again, why re-invent the wheel? This is
exactly what TSM does. It restores the file you request - through a
command line or GUI interface.
Perhaps what you may really want is the API documentation so that you can
write your own interface into TSM.
If you just want a dump of the contents of the TSM DB, you can most of it
through select statements on the various tables or through the ODBC
connector.
