We are running TSM server on AIX version 5.2, the client is running NT
version 5.2.2 and the USB drive is a Maxtor external USB hard drive

The version and OS of the TSM server
The version and OS of the TSM client
The make and model of the USB hard drive
The chunk of the TSM server's activity log taken during the time of the
client's failure
