Jack - See that msg in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts .
       And check your TSM Activity Log, of course, as it's about sessions.
May well be pre-emption, which is commonly incited by shortage of tape
drives, which in turn can be caused by session & process congestion.
