Yes, the tape status is "cleaner"... I checked it in with "checkin libvol lbdds4 clean stat=clean checklabel=no cleanings=50". Ok, I'll get the tape checked tomorrow by someone who is onsite...

A check condition error has occured on device \Device\lb5.1.0.3 during Move Medium with completion code DD_DRIVE_OR_MEDIA_FAILURE. Refer to the device's SCSI reference for appropriate action.
Dump Data: byte 0x3E=KEY, byte 0x3D=ASC, byte 0x3C=ASCQ
Normal tape movements and read/write operations work without any error. What's wrong here? Has anybody some hint?
