Any thoughts on this?
ITSM for Mail v5.2.0.1 restoring Exchange data that was backed up using
ITSM for Mail 5.1.5.
Restoring to a different Exchange server than the original AND had to do
a TSM DB restore (to a different TSM server) to be able to go back to
the point and time they needed. We have verified the contents of the
data is on a tape and it loads that tape when attempting the restore.
We have done this several time so it has worked, however this is the
first time we had to restore the TSM DB and pull offsite copies of the
tapes (onsite had been eat up in reclamation because the original onsite
data had expired).
