If you would check the ADSM-L archives, you would see that this topic has been discussed numerous times in the past.
Everyone has their opinions/likes/dislikes/needs/budgets/etc, which are often factors in what software is purchased. I use TSMManager and think it is fantastic. The developer is very responsive to ideas/suggestions/changes in their product.
