Hi Del First thanks for suggestions but the solution was so stupid. The original name for the SQL database was VIRTUAL_BACK (tdpsql.cfg) anyway the administrator of this machine change the name when doing maintenance to VIRTUAL-BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Making the change to the tdpsql.cfg again and everything now is running perfect. So sorry for bothering you guys and apologize .....
