2 error messages

I hope somebody here can point me what is going on.A have a 2 error
messages:
1)ANS0299E Scheduler cannot be started manyally becayse the value of
ManagedService option is .
2)ANS1977E Dsmcad scheduler invocation was unsucces ful - will try again.
