I just got time to check the mailing list after rebuild two window servers. What is this Operational Reporter? Is it for client side?

HI Guys
Anyone had any luck getting the Operational Reporter to produce scheduled custom summary reports? I sure others have it working, otherwise someone would have complained by now!
When I scheduled one, all I get is an error, which is as follows:
ERROR - Failed to load custom summary template file default_rep.xml. RC: -4
What really confuses me, is that if I run it manually, from the console, it works perfectly. It just doesn't work through the scheduler.
Any ideas?
