Depending on your current level of ITSM, one way to go is using the parameter skipdirs=yes to speed up the expiration.
The command would look something like this: expire inv quiet=yes skipdirs=yes This command will expire files only, and skip your directories. I hope to update the domain and copygroups to reflect our lesser needs. This would then allow terabytes of data to be expired. Is it necessary to control the expiration? My fear is that expiration could carry on for a very long time and have performance implications. Any ideas on how to approach this would be appreciated. --------------------------------- Post your free ad now! Yahoo! Canada Personals
