We are using this product, and I have noticed something disturbing. It seems that the sessions hold on to the tape drives for a long while. I asked the DX support person if there were any settings that would release the tape drives when they are done, or after a few minutes, but he couldn't find any. Does anyone know how to do this? There doesn't seem to be anything from the server side, other than maximum mount points. Thanks.
