Many are the affectors. See "Restoral performance" in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts for common factors. Reviewing server logs for what was used in such a restoral can tell you a lot. Collocation and many other measures will reduce restoral time. Richard Sims, BU
