Pattie, What messages are in the Data Protection for Domino log file for the same time stamp? (the default filename is domdsm.log) If there are entries in the Data Protection for Domino log file it will tell you more details on the failure.
If there are no entries in the log file, then check the TSM Server schedule definition closely because it could mean that Data Protection for Domino is not even getting launched.
