Hi All; We are encountering "issues" while attempting to get our Oracle 920 databases to backup to a TSM 5162 server using a TSM 5158 API client, TDP 515, AIX 513 w/ 64 bit kernal. Also, we had no previous trouble getting the 920 databases to backup using a 32 bit kernal on AIX513.
FYI...our Oracle 816/817 database backups are working perfectly fine in the 64 bit environment. And the DBA's have run a "make" on the 920 database as well as relinked it....to no avail though. I have the 9i "libobk.a" file linked to /usr/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin64/libobk64.a - but not matter what we do we cannot get this backup to work.
